Abstract

The thesis focuses on improving and elucidation for recruitment systems, selection and adaptation of employees in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is by the means of analysis to construct a recommendation proposal for improvement in the contemporary system recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in a production cooperative Okrasa Čadca. In the theoretical-methodical part are stated methods and techniques processing of the thesis, also theoretical recourses security of the employees, including issues of human resource management, recruitment, selection, acceptation and adaptation of employees. The content of application-verification part is a characteristic of the company, analysis of systems recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees through questionnaire survey, interviews with personnel manageress and analysis of internal documents of the cooperative. The final portion of the thesis contains evaluation, proposals and recommendations for improving the existing systems of selection and adaptation for selected employees of the company.
