Abstract

The subject of this Bachelor thesis “Analysis and Optimization of the Process of Management and Storage of Maintenance Records” is the analysis of one of the processes in the maintenance of aircraft. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the process and compliance process procedure with the standard which defines the requirements for this process, identify any shortcomings and propose optimization. The theoretical part introduces legislation related to solved process. The practical part describes and analyzes the process, summarizes shortcomings and proposes measure to improvements.
