Abstract
The bachelor thesis analysed consumer behavior in the tourism market. Subsequently to that, recommendations were proposed to a tour operator Kovotour Plus.
The first part of the thesis described the theoretical basis of consumer behavior. The tourism market was further characterized. Also, the tour operator Kovotour Plus and the data collection methodology were described.
In the practical part, each question of the questionnaire was evaluated, including various dependencies. In conclusion, recommendations to the tour operator Kovotour Plus were suggested. These recommendations are based on information obtained from marketing research.
