Implementace systému SAP ve firmě Greiner Packaging s.r.o.

Abstract

In this submitted bachelor work there is presented a description of the process of the SAP system implementation in the Greiner Packaging, s.r.o., which took a place in 2004 and which I was participating on as one of the key users. I was personnaly responsible for an implementation of the "finance accounting and controlling" unit.In the first part there is an information about the company, about the previous and new system. In the second part then, there were specified and descripted stages of whole implementation and also key datas for implementing of the system. The last part contains an review of the successful implementation, key users question-form evaluation and also suggestions for improving of some certain phases of implementation.
