Abstract
This diploma thesis is focused on visualization of models for the consequences of hazardous chemicals releases from large industrial tank and pipe. Selected apparatuses contain hazardous substances in amounts under Act no. 224/2015 Coll., on the prevention of major accidents and thus represent a significant area of concern for safety engineering. The aims of the thesis are to create a summary of methods for modeling hazardous chemicals releases and to show the current opportunity for its association with 3D map data. The benefits of thesis is to show that even the possibility of using freely available software combined with freely available information on the hazardous substance and on a facility in which it is located, can provide quality results for safety engineers. These results could be applied on the areas of land use and emergency planning.
