Abstract

Thesis comprehensively deals with the supply of fire water for Otrokovice, administrative municipality with extended competence. In this work are analyzed existing legislation mainly from the point of view of the level of counties and municipalities, as these laws are the fundamental documents in the issue of the supply of fire water. Below are described the elementary mechanisms in relation to the analogy of the resources of the fire water. The issue of the supply of fire water focuses on the analysis and treatment of risks relating to the security of the resources of the fire water, the definition of risk, threats to natural and anthropogenic influences. Further, they are drawn map data of the current deployment of resources fire water for the following confrontation between the blanket availability of existing resources fire water and adaptation of this planar reachability. In the framework of the master thesis was carried out measurements to determine the normative values of the water yield and hydrodynamic pressure points of supply to the fire hydrants in the context of all of the municipalities. The result of the thesis is a comprehensive adaptation of the existing ways of securing the supply of fire water for the municipalities within the administrative district of the municipality with extended competence Otrokovice.
