Abstract

This thesis mainly deals with the rolling processes within the company AUTOSTAR s.r.o. Specifically, the thesis deals with the transformation of small businesses to medium-sized businesses and growth problems associated with this process. The theoretical part discusses crisis management within the company and individual remedial measures. It also deals with selected processes within the company and, not least, the description of the financial analysis and SWOT analysis. In the practical part, the main attention is paid to the observed current state of society in terms of internal key processes, which is also part of the financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The aim of this thesis is to help companies AUTOSTAR s.r.o. improve its economic performance and enhance economic stability.
