Abstract

Diploma thesis „Analysis and Evaluation of Controlling Tools in Business Company“ deals with the problems of controlling with the aim to bring necessary data for effective management decision making. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and aspects of the field of controlling, its purpose, specifics, principles, tasks and tools. The practical part is focused on the analysis and evaluation of controlling tools in business company, description of real examples of controlling processes utilization, proposing of internal control directive and recommendation of the author of the diploma thesis to improve the level of performed controlling activities.
