Bezpečnostní studie rizik při uložení NVS v osobní vlakové přepravě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se vztahuje k jedné z intencionálních hrozeb antropogenního původu, tedy teroristického útoku s použitím nástražného výbušného systému. Nejprve se práce zabývá železniční dopravou a možnými riziky, která na železnici mohou působit. Dále se zaobírá terorismem, podstatou teroristických hrozeb, ale také nejčastějším způsobem útoku, jakožto využitím nástražného výbušného systému. Dle statistik mimořádných událostí, popisu současného stavu železnice z pohledu bezpečnosti a provedeného experimentu, jsou analyticky vyhodnoceny rizika, na něž navazuje výpočet účinku výbušnin. V závěru práce jsou navrhnutá patřičná opatření k minimalizaci rizik.

This thesis describes relate to one of threats from anthropogenic of origin, a terrorist attack using a improvised explosive device. First, the work deals with rail transport and potential risks, which can affect the railways. Further the work deals with terrorism, get to the heart of terrorist threats, also frequent method of attacks, which means the using a improvised explosive device. Using statistics, incidents description and the present safety state of railway and using of making the experiment are risks analytically assessment and by calculation of the effect of explosives. In conclusion, are suggest appropriate measures to minimize the risks.
