Systémy řízení péče o životní prostředí

Abstract

The aim of this dissertation is the comparison of the Systems of the Environmental protection control established according to the Programme EMAS (Environmental Management and Auditing System) or according to the norm ISO 14001 (thereinafter only EMS). Both of them are the part of the modern system in management. There is described the essence of the Integrated Management system in the first part. The second part is directed to the principles and rules of the Environmental policy in the European Community, to the characteristics of the instruments in the Environmental Management containing EMS. The third part is describing the implementation of these systems of management. The fourth part compares these two systems in light of the range and requirements for establishing EMS and expanding to corporations and their satisfaction with the established EMS on the basis in the assessment of the realized questionnaire investigation.
