Analýza motivačného programu firmy

Abstract

The main subject of thesis “Analysis of Motivation Program of the Company" is to analyze motivation program in company and its impact to employees. Initially there are described basics terms in motivation and human needs, and their impact on work performance. The current incentive program of surveyed company is described in begging. Further in thesis there are collect results of survey of employee satisfaction with incentive program in company Hessel Slovakia s. r. o. In the last part of thesis the results of survey are evaluated with draft recommendations for changes in motivation system for its better efficiency and impact on employees of mentioned company.
