Abstract
This diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is completely focused on a brief explanation of Claims their possibilities and ways of enforcement. The second part is an analysis of the various methods of recovery, considering time and an economic terms. The aim of my work is to evaluate the effectiveness of various methods of recovery, considering time and an economic perspective and to give the reader only a guide in the practical handling of claims.
