Rodinný dům v CHKO Beskydy

Abstract

The content of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of partial project documentation for the construction implementation of a family house and the solution of the internal sewerage system and the internal water main, inculding the connections of the utility networks. For the elaboration a family house as a basic of the bachelor thesis was used an architectural study from the subject of Design studio I. completed in the academic year 2016/2017 and from documentation for the building permission elaborated in the subject of Design studio Va. In the academic year 2019/2020.

The elaborated building is located in CHKO Baskydy, so it is necessary to pay attention to their recommendations for construction. It is a quiet location surrounded by nature. The design of the house is prepared for a family of four, without special requirements. The buildin has one floor with a residential attic storey.

The thesis is divided into two parts – text and drawing documentation. The drawing documentation is based on assignment of a bachelor thesis with specializing TZB. The text documentation includes an accompanying report and a technical report of the architectural and construction part.
