dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit služby e-Governmentu z pohledu nabídky a poptávky. Teoretická část vymezuje veřejnou správu a e-Government. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu vybraných služeb e-Governmentu v ČR, porovnává stav služeb e-Governmentu v ČR a v zemích EU dle metodiky OSN a Evropské komise a obsahuje dotazníkový průzkum, který zhodnotí postoj občanů k využívání služeb e-Governmentu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate e-Government services from the point of view of supply and demand. The theoretical part defines public administration and e-government. The practical part contains an analysis of selected eGovernment services in the Czech Republic, compares the state of eGovernment in the Czech Republic and the EU countries according to the methodology of the UN and the European Commission, and contains a questionnaire survey which assesses citizens' attitudes towards using eGovernment services.en
