Využití odpadních pilin z výroby laminovaných dřevotřískových desek

Abstract

V úvodu diplomové práce charakterizuji výrobu a produkty firmy Kronospan. Dále jsou zde uvedeny suroviny a postup výroby dřevotřískových desek. Součástí toho jsou i výsledky zjištěné v laboratoři. Následující kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na energetické využití pilin. Zkoumají se jejich jednotlivé parametry a metody, které mohou být použity. Nakonec je uvedena legislativa a zdravotní rizika související s pilinami, výrobou dřevotřískových desek a jejich odpady. Závěrem je pak shrnutí výsledků diplomové práce.

At the beginning of the thesis the production and products of the company Kronospan are described. Further, there are mentioned raw materials and the process for the production of particle board. This includes the results found in the laboratory. They examine their individual parameters and methods that can be used. Third part contains legislation and health risks associated with sawdust, the production of particle board and their wastes. In the end is a summary of the result of the thesis.
