Abstract

This thesis concerns the tranformation process during a business corporation break-up. The business corporation break-up is one of the changes the business corporation can go through during its life. In the theoretical part, a comprehensive overview of the business corporation break-up is presented, with definition of particular steps and important terms. In the practical part, application of the break-up is demonstrated on a concrete business corporation.
