The construction is based on foundation strips made of monolithic reinforced concrete, Porotherm brick system, ceiling construction as prefamonolithic ceramic concrete from Porotherm POT beams, MIAKO inserts with over-concreting. For roofing, a single-skin roof is designed, solved by the method of the same slopes using thermal insulation wedges with a main waterproofing layer of asphalt strips.
