Změna druhové diverzity epifytických mechorostů v CHKO Poodří v intervalu 10 let.

Abstract

This thesis deals with the research of epiphytic bryophytes as important biomarkers of environmental quality in the protected landscape area Poodří. Sampling was conducted in the fall of 2012 in the riparian zone of the river Odra. The first part of this work describes the analysed area. In the methodology describes the procedure for collection and subsequent determination and evaluation of data. There are also presented results of their own research, including a description of the species found here are primarily evaluated graphically bryophytes depending on various environmental variables. A total of 1,034 samples were collected, which were represented by 31 species. In addition to the more common species were also determined 10 kinds of family Orthotrichaceae, some of which are significant either in terms of regional distribution, or inclusion in the red list of endangered species. In conclusion, the results of research compared with earlier available data.
