Abstract

This diploma thesis looks into problem of the efficiency measurement of particular components of wind power plant. Function of specific wind power plant is analyzed within the thesis for needs of such a measurement. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the problem given, suggests and implements specialized measurement device, while using tools and methods of virtual instrumentation. The practical part of thesis documents the procedure of the future measurement device hardware, including its calibration. The accuracy of the future measurement device is evaluated during the stage of calibration. The Acquisition of measurement device hardware is followed by creation of suitable measurement software, which allows long-term and fluent operation and automatic storage of acquired measurement data. The final part of this thesis evaluates the used form of the given problem solution and gives a suggestion for future heading of this project.
