Práce s dodavateli v souladu s novou normou IATF 16949

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zlepšení práce s dodavateli ve společnosti Indet Safety Systems a.s. tak, aby tato práce s dodavateli byla plně v souladu s novou normou IATF 16949. Společnost se zabývá výrobou pyrotechnických iniciátorů a generátorů plynu pro moduly pasivní ochrany v automobilech. Teoretická část této práce je věnována nezbytným východiskům řízení kvality, jako je management kvality a popis používaných koncepcí managementu, metodiky pokročilého plánování kvality APQP, technické normy ISO 9000, ISO 9001 a IATF 16949, dále pojmy týkající se práce s dodavateli. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu práce s dodavateli dle normy IATF 16949, nalezení nedostatků a návrhu zlepšení stávajícího postupu.

The aim of the presented master thesis is to effectively improve the cooperation between the company Indet Safety Systems a. s. and its supplier in a way that the collaboration is absolutely in accordance with the new standard IATF 16949. Indet Safety Systems is a manufacturer of pyrotechnic initiators and gas generators used in automobile occupant protection modules. The theoretical part of this work is devoted to the necessary principles of quality control, such as quality management and descriptions of applied management concepts. As well as the advanced quality planning methodology APQP, the technical standards ISO 9000, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and concepts of working with the suppliers are described. The practical part includes suppliers work analysis according to IATF 16949, the finding of shortcomings and proposals to improve the current procedure.
