Srovnání jazykových vzdělávacích společností v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of language education institutions in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The theoretical part describes human resources and manpower definitions, methods of education in and outside the workplace and on the boundary of the workplace and the outside. Next, the process of planning and evaluation of education is introduced. In the second part there is a brief description of the company Ostroj, a. s. (Inc.). The third part introduces all the surveyed educational institutions including offered services. All information presented in practical part were obtained by personal interview method, telephone interviewing, e-mail interviewing and by using website information. In propositions and references there are recommended educational institutions in term of low training costs and the quality of provided services.
