Abstract

In this bachelor thesis I deal with the comparison of marketing of the chosen tennis clubs (SC Ostrava a SK tenisu Biocel Vratimov). The goal of this thesis is to compare the clubs from the point of view of the respondents´ satisfaction with the service, and their prices, the material and technical facilities of the clubs, the clients´ satisfaction with the setting and accessibility. In the theoretical part of the thesis I specify the basic theoretical notions in the sphere of marketing. Necessary information was identified by marketing research. An analysis and subsequent comparison of both clubs were done according to the acquired data. In the end of my thesis I summarized results of my research and compared examined clubs.
