Abstract
The Thesis is focused on a concept of a banks which offer a mortgage loans.
The main objective is to compare the mortgage lenders and a financial institutions selected on the basis of the results to choose the best mortgage loan for the purchase of the real estate into the personal property. The theoretical part describes the banks. Offered credit in the connection on their functions and services. The practical part is focused on the offering mortgage loans. In a conclusion, a specific example of a comparison of selected mortgage loans from the financial institutions.
