Vzájemná součinnost koordiátora a projektanta pro oblast BOZP na stavbách

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vzájemné součinnosti koordinátora a projektanta v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na stavbách. V teoretické části této práce shrnuji právní předpisy, které se týkají daného tématu. Nejdříve rozebírám legislativu vztahující se ke koordinátorovi, poté se zabývám činností projektanta a navazuji na jím zpracovanou projektovou dokumentaci a její náležitosti i v souvislosti s kontrolními orgány. V poslední části se zmiňuji o právních předpisech, které řeší požadavky bezpečnosti práce. Praktická část pojednává o průběhu součinnosti koordinátora a projektanta při zpracovávání projektové dokumentace. Pokračuji v návrhu ideální spolupráce mezi koordinátorem a projektantem tak, aby došlo ke zvýšení bezpečnosti práce na stavbách.

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the mutual cooperation of the coordinator and the designer in the area of safety and health protection at building-site work. In the theoretical part, I summarize the legal regulations related to the topic. First I focus on the legislation related to the coordinator, then I deal with the activity of the designer and continue with the project documentation carried out by him and its appurtenances, even in connection with inspection bodies. In the last part I mention the legal regulations dealing with work safety requirements. The practical part deals with the cooperation of the coordinator and the designer when processing the project documentation. I resume in the proposal of ideal cooperation between the coordinator and the designer, so that the work safety at building sites was increased.
