Stroje používané při NRTM

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá stroji a technologiemi pro Novou rakouskou tunelovací metodu – NRTM. Úvodní část se věnuje stručnému popisu a historii metody NRTM, v další části jsou popsány pracovní cykly metody. V hlavní části je přehled a popis strojů, zařízení a mechanizace užívaných v jednotlivých pracovních cyklech včetně jejich základních parametrů a pořizovacích cen. Dále se zabývá možnostmi nasazení, organizací jejich práce, výběrem typů a velikosti strojů, zhodnocením pořizovacích cen, nákladů na provoz, výhledem na jejich budoucí vývoj. Závěrem práce shrnuje zjištěná fakta o strojích a mechanizaci pro NRTM.

This thesis is focused on NATM machinery and technology. Introductory part is dedicated to brief description and history of NATM, in next part, there are described the work cycles of the method. In main part, there is a summary and descriptions of machinery, equipment and mechanization used in individual work cycles, including their basic parameters and their purchase prices. It also deals with deployment options, with organization of their work, with selecting types and sizes of machines, with evaluating acquisition prices, costs of operation, and with a view to their future development. The conclusion summarizes the facts found on the machines and mechanization for NATM.
