Preventivní ochrana zdrojů pitných vod v České republice a Peru

Abstract

The present thesis is an elaborated comparison of preventive protection of sources of drinkable water in the Czech Republic and Peru. The first part describes the basic concepts of general, specific and special water protection and also protection zones in Europe and the Czech Republic. Further, it focuses on the Legislation for Water Law, Law spa and void the decree from the Ministry of Health Czechoslovakia ( still in use ) . This section also includes a comparison of standards and maximum permissible limits (LMP) for drinkable water. That follows the development of protective zones of water resources in recent decades. The next part deals with the protection of waters in Peru. Then a comparison of preventive protection of drinkable water resources between the two countries. The thesis also deals with some examples of applications in terms of the characteristics of the proposed protection zones in relation to the hydrological or hydrogeological basin turf of water resources in the Czech republic.
