Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to compare the conditions of establishment and incorporation of limited liability companies in selected countries and identify the causes of weak position of the Czech Republic in the ranking of the World Bank. Complex evaluation of framework conditions for business would not be possible within one bachelor thesis, therefore the author focused on starting a business, which she considers as very important area. For comparison of starting a business conditions were chosen following countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Denmark, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Singapore. The thesis is based and value the World Bank analysis known as Doing Business, which compares the framework conditions for doing business in 185 countries.
