Studie akceschopnosti jednotky SDH Hřivínův Újezd

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá studií akceschopnosti jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce Hřivínův Újezd. Je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části je stručně shrnuta historie sboru dobrovolných hasičů, který byl základem pro zřízení jednotky a zhodnocení činnosti za posledních deset let. Druhá část je zaměřena na možná rizika, která obec ohrožují, vybavenost jednotky k jejich řešení a samotné hodnocení akceschopnosti jednotky. V části třetí je srovnání jednotky s okolními jednotkami stejné kategorie a zvážení možnosti změny kategorie. Poslední čtvrtá část popisuje zapojení jednotky do požárně poplachového plánu okresu Zlín. Závěrem jsou shrnuty návrhy, opatření a nedostatky, ke kterým studie dospěla. Práce by mohla být využita nejen pro starostu obce, hasičský záchranný sbor zlínského kraje, ale i jako podklad pro jiné sbory a hodnocení jejich činnosti.

The thesis discusses the study of agility of the unit of the volunteer firefighter corps of Hřivinův Újezd. It is divided into 4 parts. The first part summarizes the history of the volunteer firefighter corps which was the basis for establishing a unit and evaluation of the activity in the past ten years. The second part focuses on possible hazards which pose a threat to the village, the unit´s facilities to deal with them and evaluation of the unit´s agility. The third part compares the unit with the same category units from surrounding villages and considers a change in category. The last, fourth, part describes involvement of the unit in a fire alarm plan of the Zlin district. Finally, summarized are suggestions, precautions and insufficiencies which the study has found. The thesis could be used not only by the mayor of the village, firefighter corps of the Zlin district, but also as a basis for other forces and evaluation of their activity.
