Vyhodnocení spokojenosti občanů Uherského Hradiště s možnostmi sportovního vyžití

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is " Evaluation of the Citizens’ Satisfaction in Uherské Hradiště with the Possibilities of Sports Activities ". The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the citizens’ satisfaction in Uherské Hradiště with the possibilities of sports activities using survey methods and providing comments, suggestions, and recommendations aimed at improving sports activities in Uherské Hradiště. The thesis consists of 5 chapters - Introduction, Theoretical Introduction to the Issue, Expression of the Citizens of Uherské Hradiště with Sports Opportunities, Summary of Survey Results, Comments, Suggestions, and Recommendations, and Conclusion. The theoretical introduction to the issue contains defined terms that appear in or are related to the bachelor thesis. These terms include physical education, financing of sports clubs, sports organization, leisure time, marketing, customer satisfaction, and research methods used to evaluate satisfaction. The third chapter describes the present and history of the city, as well as clubs and sports facilities located in Uherské Hradiště. Furthermore, the third chapter consists of a questionnaire, interview, and SWOT analysis. Information obtained through these research methods is summarized in the fourth chapter. The results indicate that Uherské Hradiště has a very good sports infrastructure and respondents were mostly satisfied with sports opportunities. The second part of this chapter addressed comments, suggestions, and recommendations aimed at increasing satisfaction with sports opportunities in Uherské Hradiště. The conclusion summarizes the entire thesis. The goal of the thesis has been successfully achieved.
