Diskriminace žen na trhu práce v ČR

Abstract

This bachelor thesis addresses discrimination against women in the labour market in the Czech Republic. It introduces labour market theory and unemployment. It also describes the theoretical context of discrimination, its forms and legislative regulation. The research part of the thesis was conducted using an online questionnaire survey, which aimed to clarify how women perceive their position in the labour market. The research conducted revealed that women feel discriminated against in the labour market and consider their position in the labour market as disadvantageous.
