Interní komunikace ve společnosti Elmontex

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá interní komunikací ve firmě Elmontex a.s. První část uvádí podstatu interní komunikace, její jednotlivé typy a cíle. Dále, mimo jiné, uvádí problémy a dopady nefungující komunikace. Ve druhé části je samotný popis společnosti, současný stav interní komunikace, zhodnocení a návrhy na zlepšení vnitropodnikové komunikace firmy Elmontex na základě zjištění dotazníkového šetření.

The goal of this thesis is to deal with internal communication in Elmontex, a. s. company. The first part examines an essence of internal communication and its various types and objectives. There are also enclosed problems and impacts created by malfunctioning communication in further text. The second part involves description of the company and internal communication current condition. Summary and recommendation for internal communication improvement in Elmontex, a. s. company, based on questionnaire investigation results, is also included.
