Bioinspirované algoritmy

Abstract

The aim of this theses is to compare different bio-inspired algorithms and the effect of migration of individuals between them during searching solutions. At beginning of this study is explained where and how were these algorithms inspired. In the practical part of the thesis were created two applications that allow to compare two different algorithms and the effect of migration between them. One of them is focused on finding a way through random generated maze and the other one to search the global minimum of benchmark mathematical functions. These applications are described in the middle part of this theses. The last part is written and evaluated the results of tests that were created by these applications.
