Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with runoff conditions analysis of the Odra catchment during selected flood episodes with the gis support. Introductory part deals with natural characteristics in restricted area. Regulation of watercourses and impact of coal mining activities are in the next chapter. Gradually I write about flood episodes from 19., 20., and 21. centuries. Flood of year 2009 is detailed processed. In last chapter I describe software used (ArcGIS, GRASS GIS and SAGA GIS) for analysis of Odra catchment area.
