Abstract

In the present work deals with the issue of light pollution in the city Havířov. The aim is to clarify what the term for light pollution hides the influence that the individual components of nature as ecosystems, human health , plants, animals, etc. , and evaluate public lighting in Havirov in terms of radiation into the upper hemisphere . In the first part, the general light , classification of pollutants and the effects of atmospheric pollutants . Furthermore, we were better informed in lighting technology analysis of the basic terminology. Subsequently, a long chapter devoted to the definition of light pollution and its effects and changes in the atmosphere affecting the light pollution . Another part is devoted to a detailed analysis of the environmental zoning classification and design of the city Havířova to environmental zones . Finally, we 've included the assessment of public lighting in Havirov in terms of its emission into the upper hemisphere .
