Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the NEPRO Construction, Inc. employee’s satisfaction analysis. The thesis shall create materials for this construction company on the basis of the company management requirements. The first part describes the theoretical background of measuring employee satisfaction, with a focus on the knowledge of the employees, the data acquisition and evaluation methodology and, in particular, on the creation of a written questionnaire. Part of the first section is also formed by a characteristic of the NEPRO Construction, Inc.company including the company's organizational structure. The second part deals with the analysis of the information that has been discovered by using a written questionnaire. Suggestions and recommendations for increasing construction company employee satisfaction constitute an integral part of the thesis.
