Abstract
The topic of the bachelor thesis is the application of selected valuation approaches for real estate valuation. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the selected set of real estate using the method of administrative and market valuation methods. Administrative valuation is done using Act No. 151/1997 and its Implementing Decree. The comparative method and income method are used for market valuation of real estate. At the end of the thesis, the evaluation and comparison of the used methods is performed.
