Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on comparation of Building Saving and Mortagages in the Czech Republic. The targe of the bachelor theisis is comparatin of products used to housing needs finance, and following determination of financially the most suitable product used to housing finance. To achieve the target you have defined the bachelor thesis is divided into three chapters. The second chapter of the thesis describes the characteristics of the mortgage loans, building loans and their legislative regulation in the Czech Republic. The second chapter describes the methodology used in the calculations. The third chapter of the thesis describes the historical development until the present day mortgages and building loans in the financial market in the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter is focused on comparation of products used to housing finance. Mortgage loans and construction loans are compared according to the total financial costs. In the fourth chapter is determined financially the most suitable product for the defined client.
