Příprava na certifikaci systému managementu kvality dle standardu ČSN P ISO/TS 16 949.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je věnována přípravě systému managementu kvality na certifikaci dle standardu ČSN P ISO/TS 16949 ve společnosti VS Plastik s.r.o., která se zabývá zpracováním plastů. První část diplomové práce popisuje význam pojmu kvalita, systémy managementu kvality a poskytuje podrobný popis koncepcí managementu kvality. Dále zahrnuje detailní charakteristiku norem využívaných v automobilovém průmyslu. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na přínosy a nevýhody normy ISO/TS 16949 v organizaci. Dále je vypracováno porovnání požadavků dle normy ISO 9001:2008 a ISO/TS 16949. Je provedena identifikace nedostatků v dosavadním systému managementu kvality vzhledem k naplňování požadavků ISO/TS 16949. Vybraným chybějícím požadavkům je navrženo řešení.

This thesis is devoted to the preparation of a quality management system certification according to the standard ISO/TS 16949 in the company of VS Plastik Ltd., which deals with the processing of plastics. The first part of this thesis describes the meaning of quality, quality management systems and provides a detailed description of the concepts of quality management. It also includes a detailed characterization of the standards used in the automotive industry. The second part of this thesis is focused on the benefits and drawbacks of ISO/TS 16949 in the organization. Furthermore, comparisons of requirements drawn up in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949. It was identified deficiencies in the existing quality management system due to the fulfillment of the requirements of ISO/ TS 16949. Selected missing requirements is suggested solutions.
