Problematika distribuce stravních lístků

Abstract

The purpose of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the distributive process of meal tickets which is carried out by the Central Distribution Department in DOXX - Stravné lístky, spol. s r. o., and submitting improvement suggestions.

The diploma thesis consists of four main chapters. The first one summarises theoretical knowledge. The second chapter is focused on becoming acquainted with DOXX - Stravné lístky, spol. s r. o., services provided by the company, and its Quality Management System. The third one deals with the analysis of the current situation of the sales process of meal tickets, which is carried out by the Central Distribution Department from several aspects and finding some problems which could endanger customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the company. The final chapter is devoted to a summary of findings carried out by the analysis and contains proposed suggestions for addressing the finding of problems in the company sales process.
