Hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku na základě finanční analýzy

Abstract

Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu v konkrétním podniku. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit ekonomické zdraví podniku ŽDB GROUP, a.s. pomocí provedení finanční analýzy za období v letech 2006 – 2008.V teoretické části jsou popsány zdroje informací pro finanční analýzu, její uživatelé a některé metody finanční analýzy. Následující čast byla věnována představení analyzované společnosti. Aplikační část obsahuje horizontální a vertikální analýzu a poměrovou analýzu (ukazatele rentability, ukazatele likvidity, ukazatele aktivity a ukazatele zadluženosti). V poslední kapitole, na základě analýzy současného stavu byla navržena doporučení, která by v budoucnu mohla vést k odstranění odhalených negativních jevů a k celkovému zlepšení finanční situace podniku.

My thesis is focused on financial analysis in a particular company. The aim of this work was to evaluate the economic health of the company ZDB GROUP, a.s. with financial analysis for the period 2006 - 2008. The sources of information for financial analysis, its users, and some methods of financial analysis are discussed in theoretical section. Next part was devoted to the presentation of the analysis. The application part contains horizontal and vertical analysis and ratio analysis (ratios of profitability, liquidity, activity indicators and debt indicators). In the last chapter, the analysis of the current state is realized and the proposed recommendations, which in future could lead to the elimination of detected adverse events and overall improvement in their financial situation are formulated.
