Řešení výroby uhelného produktu "ořech 2" na Vršanské Uhelné pro interní zužitkování

Abstract

In this thesis, I deal with the eventual realization with the production of soft-coal product “ořech2” in the coal company “Vršanská Uhelná společnost”, which does not produce sized sorts of coal since the beginning of coal mining and it focuses only on the production of coal products for power supply production. The reason is the securing of sufficient fuel from its own production for the case of disconnection from the central hot water supply and transfer to decentralized local heating of local structures (buildings). In the introductory part of this thesis, I try to find the most quality parts of reservoir with designation of sufficient bed for the subsequent production of fuel. Then I solve expected consumption of designed boiler plant with the calculation of required quantity of raw coal for finishing operation – sorting. The thesis continues with the investigation of saving of time spaces for securing of coal mining for subsequent processing and thus in sufficient volume and without restricting the primary production. In the following part of the thesis, I propose particular forms of production and particular production machinery with integration into existing technology. The conclusion of the thesis contains calculation of expected costs of selected systematics of production.
