Diagnostický a testovací systém výtahových systémů

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a system for testing lift switchboards. The thesis was ordered by Amsoft s.r.o from Ostrava. The company specializes in industrial automation and one of its products are lift switchboards and their accessories. With a production of 200 to 250 lift switchboards per year the manual testing of correct functioning of the whole switchboard is very time consuming, dependent on human factor, abilities and qualification of the testing workers. Using an automatic tester of lift systems will raise the quality and speed of the final inspection of the produced switchboards, and the test may then be performed by less qualified workers and the results of the tests performed will be archived electronically. One of the important reasons for designing testing equipment is the possibility to simulate the movement of the lift in a workshop environment. Apart from testing, this function may also be used when debugging possible modifications and adding internal software for the control system of the lift.
