Motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze current motivation and stimulation system in a selected company from the point of view of implemented motivation and stimulation components and their influence on work motivation of employees of the administration building of the company, including the possible system improvements suggestions. In the theoretical part of this thesis, motivation and stimulation are described from the psychological point of view. Further, there is described their occurrence and role in work practice. There is also described a creation of motivation programs and finally position of motivation in human resource management. In the practical part, there is stated the analysis of the motivation and stimulation system of the selected company. A semi structured interview and a questionnaire survey were used within the analysis. The semi structured interview with heads of the company was used to acquire information about the motivation and stimulation components. The questionnaire survey served to learn about their influence on the employees of the administration building. Based on acquired information with the analysis, steps to improvement of the analyzed system are suggested as well.
