Měření spokojenosti zákazníků baru

Abstract

I have chosen as a topic of my bachelor thesis the topic: „Customer satisfaction measurement of a bar“, which is situated in the Stodolní street. The reason why the topic was chosen is that I have been working in the bar for 4 years and this analyse will be useful for future thinking. The main aim of the thesis was to find out the satisfaction and the dissatisfaction of customers with services in the bar Vrtule. The prime data was gained by the electronic questionnaire. The main suggestions were to repair or buy a new air – conditioning, to change a design of the bar, to improve the music production and marketing communication.
