Návrh metodického postupu při zpracování plánu pro nakládání s těžebním odpadem

Abstract

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the design of a procedure for the processing of project documentation related to the management of mining waste. In the introduction of my bachelor's thesis, I present domestic and European legislation, which generally regulates the rules for handling mining waste. Following the requirements regulated by the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, I propose a procedure for the processing of the necessary documentation for administrative proceedings, which lead to the authorization of the operation of the mining waste storage site. The aim of my work is to apprise the public with the issue of mining waste management, to draw attention to the duplication of requirements for the content of individual project documentation and eliminate these duplications, to reduce the administrative burden of obliged organizations. The result of my bachelor's thesis is the proposal of a methodological instruction for the processing of unified documentation for the associated administrative procedure to pull bureaucratic process which lead to the categoryzation of mining waste storage site in terms of environmental impact and approval of the mining waste management plan.
