Abstract

The thesis deals with design and implementation of applications for recording and viewing operational states a roller transport line which is controlled by four PLCs. PLCs and PC are connecting by Ethernet and is possible to use the OPC server to monitor almost everything what is happening in the PLC or on the whole transport line. The application is primarily prepared to help maintenance to search breakdowns but utilization is much bigger. From debugging program changes due to the flexible adaptation of our customers requirements to monitor the production flow. Application is created in the graphical programming language LabVIEW and usage should be simple and intuitive. Target is to have very short time to find the desired information.
