Stavebně technologická studie zadaného objektu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování stavebně technologické studie zadaného objektu. Zadaným objektem je třípodlažní, částečně podsklepený bytový dům, který bude situován v obci Dolní Lhota. Bakalářská práce je především zaměřena na tvorbu střešního pláště zadaného objektu pomocí třech různých variant plochých střech. Včetně návrhu konstrukce střešního pláště, vyřešení detailů, posouzení na tepelně technické požadavky a vypracování technologických postupů tvorby zastřešení pro jednotlivé varianty plochých střech. Bakalářská práce je vypracovaná v souladu s platnými vyhláškami, předpisy a normami.

The subject of bachelor thesis is the development of construction technological studies of the specified object. The specified object is a three-storey, semi-basement apartment block which will be built in the village called Dolní Lhota. The thesis is mainly focused on the creation of roof deck of specified object using three different variants of flat roofs. Including the design of construction of roof deck, solution of details, assessment on thermal and technical requirements and also making of technological processes of the implementation of roofing for individual variants of flat roofs. The Bachelor thesis is prepared in accordance with applicable regulations, codes and standards.
