Vyhodnocení přínosů implementace IS Garps ve firmě AGC Processing

Abstract

In the presented piece of work is described the GARPS information system, which is used for commercial and production part of glass processing in AGC Processing company. In the first part of this labour you find the system description, where and how to place orders, technical preparation, the actual production, packing, shipping and invoicing. Subsequently the data transfer is explained from this system via an interface to an information economic SAP system. The second labour part contains a procedure how to solve certain requirements and changes in the system. The following part contains the comparison with the previous information OGU system and further survey of employee satisfaction with the new system. Finally, we assessed the benefits of establishing this system in the company, evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of the system and recommended proposals for changes and improvements.
