Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the description and further analysis of warehousing and dispatch processes in the selected company. The author proposes a variety of suggestions which could help to reduce the total time of those processes in the company. The aim of the thesis is to find out the drawbacks in its inventory management. The data are derived from company`s internal documents
