Abstract

KANIA, L.: Passive detached house, Ostrava 2022. Bachelor thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 226, thesis supervisor: doc. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is to design a detached house in the passive standard located in the village of Dobrá u Frýdku Místek, for which the level of project documentation for the construction is developed. The materials for the elaboration of the bachelor's thesis were taken from the study prepared in the subject Ateliérová tvorba V and the documentation for the building permit in the subject Atelierová tvorba Va. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, the drawing documentation and the text part of the technical report. The bachelor thesis specialized in the design of a wooden terrace and roofing, respecting the basic priciples of passive housing design.
